Payment Policy

1. Payment Terms

Upfront Payment: For most standard services (CV Writing, IT Troubleshooting sessions), 100% payment is generally required before work commences.

Custom Packages: For bundled services (e.g., Full Career Launchpad + IT Setup), we may accept a 50% deposit to start, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the urgency of the specific request ("Rush Fees") or additional custom requirements.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If we are unable to complete the task or meet the agreed deadline due to our own fault.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel the service after work has already begun. The amount will be calculated based on the hours/effort already spent.
  • No Refund: Once the final product (Final CV, Completed Installation) has been delivered and accepted. We offer revisions to ensure satisfaction instead of refunds.

4. Payment Processing (PayHere)

Our payments are securely managed by PayHere. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to comply with our terms as well as PayHere's policies:
