2. Client Responsibility

Accuracy of Information: For services like CV writing and LinkedIn optimization, we rely on the information you provide. AZero Solutions is not responsible for any false claims, incorrect dates, or fabrications provided by the client that are included in the final documents.

3. Limitation of Liability (IT Support)

For IT services, while we take every professional precaution, AZero Solutions is not liable for data loss or hardware failure that may occur during remote sessions or as a result of software changes. Clients are strictly advised to back up critical data before allowing remote access.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional environment on our Email and WhatsApp conversations. Harassment, hate speech, or spam will result in an immediate ban and termination of services without refund.
