- Career Data: Existing CVs/Resumes, LinkedIn profile URLs, GitHub usernames, and employment history provided for optimization.
- Technical Data: System specifications or error logs required for IT troubleshooting.
- Payment Data: Transaction confirmations. We do NOT store credit card details; these are handled securely by PayHere.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for:
- Drafting your CV, Cover Letters, and optimizing your professional profiles.
- Communicating with you regarding your service status via WhatsApp or Email.
- Remote IT troubleshooting sessions (e.g., software installation, account setups).
- Processing secure payments and invoicing.
3. Confidentiality
Career Services: Your personal career information (Resumes, LinkedIn credentials, etc.) is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share your profile data with third-party recruiters or databases without your explicit consent.
IT Services: During remote desktop sessions (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer), we only access files relevant to the specific technical issue. We strongly recommend you close sensitive personal files (Banking, Photos) before the session begins.
4. Data Protection
We implement security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Client files are stored on secure, encrypted cloud storage and are deleted 30 days after service completion to ensure your privacy.
